30-Day Returns: If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, quality, craftsmanship, or presentation, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. All returns are processed on a case-by-case basis, so don't hesitate to reach out, and we will make it right.

Yes, We Accept Returns on Personalized Orders. Most brands won't take back a custom item. We do. If the embroidery quality doesn't meet your expectations, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. Please double-check your spelling at checkout. We will embroider exactly what you submit. Returns are not accepted for names entered incorrectly by the customer.

Eid Delivery Guarantee (2026): Orders placed by May 15 are guaranteed to arrive before Eid al-Adha on May 27. If your order doesn't arrive in time, we will refund you the full amount. Not a store credit, not a coupon. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return: Email us at support@nejmat.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
